    I always look forward to your photos Ellen – they are just so scenic and magical – normally! Today, as I clicked, I expected something spectacular with snow in Scotland. I think you didn't get any – but when you do – at least you'll have footwear for it! X

    Sorry to disappoint. We haven't had any snow at all. Not much weather to talk about at all. Lots of mud though, hence the boots lined up. Thanks for your nice words though. I wonder if I don't take far too many pictures of the sun through trees/cloud/mist…

    Those are the pics I look forward to. I live on the south coast – very near the sea. Trees are few and far between – it's quite bleak in the winter. So, not too many for me!

    I hadn't thought of it that way – we have lots of trees, damp air and late sunrises!
