Today was particularly poor from a photography point of view.
This morning was spent with Fionaoutdoors and some children – hers, mine and someone else’s – amiably wandering around the Riverside Museum in Glasgow. It’s one of those places that always manages to turn up something you didn’t spot the last time and well worth a visit. It is, however, fairly horrible for taking photos in – something to do with the light and the fact that there’s something distracting in the background of any shot you fancy.
Then this evening the Boys and I braved the wet and windies to visit the Electric Glen‘s opening night. Even with the rain lashing – or perhaps because of it – the light show in the park was beautiful. However, I didn’t really like to get my proper camera out – particularly as most of the time one hand was occupied holding Boy Three’s and stopping him slipping in the mud. When I tried to get a picture with my phone, the lens instantly fogged up.
