This time next Sunday it’ll all be over. Boy Two, Supergran, Supersister, Step Mum and a few thousand others will have pedalled 47 miles from Glasgow to Edinburgh.
Last year Fabulous Deb made Nanaimo bars to keep sustained along the way. Sadly she can’t join us this time as she’s recovering from coming out worse from an argument with a Maryhill Road pothole. Next year, Deb.
So we will have to provide our own sensational snacks to keep us strong and I’m looking for inspiration. What should I be baking for biking success?
