Today’s chapter says that I need to be my own best friend and involves something I can’t quite remember (I listened to it hours ago) about making a list of fun treats. So, because I can remember what to do here’s a list of things I’m grateful for:
- Being at home while the storm raged outside
- Boy Three getting his taekwondo uniform
- Nice cheese
- A good joke – What did the scout say when she fixed the car horn? Beep repaired
- Spotify – especially when you remember the songs you used to like
- Toast with egg mayonnaise (Try it)
- Finding yourself at 109 in the Tots 100 blog charts
- Boy Two making a cup of tea
- Making the effort to go out for a walk in the pre-dawn dark
- A therapeutic conversation
