Going forward
I had a meeting today
It was a heads-up,
a brainstorm,
about collaboration –
someone invited a strawman
we had to take its temperature
and suck it to see
if we could get stakeholder buy-in,
holding stakes turned out
to be a white-knuckle ride,
(virtually, not IRL, LOL)
as the horizon scanning
spotted clouds which is odd –
they were hoping for rain-makers,
we resolved to
stick with the look and feel
that resonated in the marketplace
and double down on
core competencies to empower
peers to make hay
whilst avoiding moving
parts of the scalable solution
we have leveraged
